Wedge Salad – iceberg lettuce cut into wedges. Drizzle with Buttermilk Ranch dressing and top it with bacon bits and chopped tomato and bacon.
Caesar Salad – chopped Romaine, Parmesan cheese, croutons and Caesar dressing.
House Salad – chopped iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, cucumber slices and grape tomatoes. Served with croutons and Ranch and Caesar dressings.
Fruit Salad – and assortment of fruits such as honeydew, cantaloupe, pineapple and berries.
Crunchy Pea & Peanut Salad – At first glance, this sounds like an odd combination, but it is delicious. Sweet green peas and roasted peanuts, red onions, bacon bits and cheddar cheese tossed in a creamy dressing.
Cucumber Salad – so light and refreshing, seeded cucumbers sliced in half moons tossed with julienne red onions and halved grape tomatoes, dressed with Caesar dressing.
Confetti Corn Salad – a few colorful ingredients such as tomatoes, bell peppers and red onions create this fun and tasty confetti corn salad.
Three Bean Salad – a nod to nostalgia, made with green beans, wax beans and kidney beans.
Carrot Raisin Pineapple Salad – shredded carrots with plum, juicy raisins and sweet pineapple tidbits in a sweet poppy seed dressing.
Cranberry Almond Broccoli Salad – broccoli florets, crunchy almonds, tart cranberries and a creamy poppy seed dressing.
Sweet & Tangy Apple Cole Slaw – one of BBQ’s BFF’s! We hit this slaw with an apple punch from Granny Smith apples and apple cider vinegar. It’s finished with creamy poppy seed dressing.
Corn on the Cob – for our finger food menus, we have good ol’ buttery corn on the cob.
Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges – we’ve dressed up our roasted potato wedges with a nice garlic Parmesan herb seasoning.
Sweet Gingered Carrots – fresh grated ginger and a touch of honey. They’re like nature’s candy.
Loaded Mashed Potatoes – who doesn’t adore mashed potatoes, especially the loaded kind? Just as you might imagine, our mashed potatoes are smothered in cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions. Yum!
Couscous with Caramelized Onions & Peppers – couscous is a type of North African semolina in granules made from crushed durum wheat. We combine it with caramelized onions and bell peppers for a savory side dish everyone will love.
Mushroom Wild Rice – sautéed mushrooms add another layer of earthy flavor to our wild rice dish.
Candied Yams – oh so sweet and delicious, sprinkled with warm spices, a touch of orange juice and butter. Who can resist?
Smokey Bacon and Brown Sugar Baked Beans – another BBQ favorite we couldn’t omit. Made with real bacon bits and sweet brown sugar and a few other “secret ingredients”. Goes great with our creamy mac & cheese!
Creamy Mac & Cheese – we couldn’t decide if we wanted a traditional orange cheddar or a white cheddar mac & cheese. We’ll let you decide. You can’t go wrong with either one!
